  We begin each assignment by constructing a well-defined search strategy that guarantees the most highly qualified candidates are considered for the position. We thoroughly familiarize ourselves with your organization: its philosophy, culture and strategic plans. We then specifically target companies within your niche.
By working closely with your hiring authority we insure that we have an accurate job description, and understand the scope and responsibilities of the position to be filled, thereby assuring successful results.
We conduct extensive candidate interviews to pre-qualify candidates, assist you in scheduling interviews, provide accurate and immediate feedback and debriefing to both you and the candidate, along with extensive reference checks. We stay involved throughout the interview process, initial offer, any necessary negotiations, and acceptance of offer. While the search process ends with the acceptance of an offer we remain in contact with you and the candidate to insure a smooth orientation.
